HVD-1

HVD-1^TM (is a registered trademark of Gustav Grimm Edelstahlwerk). An austenitic-ferritic special material called HVD-1^TM(is a registered trademark of Gustav Grimm Edelstahlwerk) was made to be very corrosive. It was made for use in very corrosive environments. This material combines the strength of austenitic steel with the high corrosion resistance of austenitic steel, which makes this material a good choice for things that need to be durable.

Because it can be heated in water, HVD-1^TM (is a registered trademark of Gustav Grimm Edelstahlwerk) is mostly used for things that need to be heated in a solution. In this state, corrosion resistance and toughness are at their best, so this is the best way to make them. Because this material can be hardened if the solution-annealed strength properties don't meet the needs of the construction, it can be hardened to a strength of around 800-1000 N/mm2.
